Here is where students can retrieve/get/read any announcements for the course. These are posted below in chronological order, i.e. most recent first!
This is a "hybrid" course, i.e. is conducted in a traditional classroom and over the "Internet"; and will utilize the Internet resources to enhance and to compliment what is done in the classroom within this course. Assignments, exams, and projects are submitted and completed using the computer as this is a "paperless" course!
Whether you have lots of experience and skills in "cyberspace", or are just starting, consideration will be given in ways which will both accommodate and nurture a wide array of talents & abilities.
All here will be afforded the full opportunity to work with this PageOut system and to acquire the MOST benefits from same....
As with any newer technology, there may be problems from time to time. Thus, some patience, due diligence, and analytics will serve to improve the process.
Each student MUST complete the "Student Registration" procedure for this course site. Each student will have to choose a USER ID & Password [these both MUST be unique to the PageOut system]. This registration is MANDATORY to activate the communication function and to allow each student to access course materials, assignments, gradebook, etc.. To be able to complete the Student Registration/Sign-up procedure you will need a "registration password" that will be given to you at first (1st) class session--where ALL students will complete this registration procedure.

BUS 501 Term Projects Online @ Dropbox 4/20/09

Jim,
The presentations from Tues, Apr 14, 2009 are posted on Dropbox. I put them in a folder called "Spring 2009 Semester" inside of the "Public" folder on your Dropbox.
Note that your Dropbox account's storage space is about half full right now. I'd recommend either removing last semester's presentations (and of course storing them on your own hard drive or other media in a different folder if you want to keep them long-term) or upgrading your dropbox account from 2gb to 50gb (which costs $99 per year and is easy to do at www.getdropbox.com). This way, you can be sure you don't suddenly run out of space by accident during this semester's presentations.
