Welcome to BA 455: International Business! [Fall Semester 2009]
THIS COURSE is "internet-enabled" and is "hybrid format" which MEANS that course activities both in class sessions and outside of same, i.e. assignments, quizzes, discussions of topics, term projects, etc., will be done electronically through use of the computer and/or over the "Internet" using the PageOut system. It is a "paperless" environment!
For some students this may be new and for others just more experience. The latter should help first time hybrid course students as it is likely they will welcome same. Regardless, let's proceed with confidence, enthusiasm; and, of course, some patience & latitude to learn all that's available....
All will be done here in ways which are both considerate and supportive of variances in "cyberspace" capabilities. Again, those within the class that have better computer skills are asked to help others to improve theirs.... PASS IT ON!!!

BA 455 Monthly Quiz #2 READ!
Posted: Oct 26, 2009
Given "discovery" in class today regarding the Quiz #2 question regarding Poland from Chapter 9, the question was checked and found to be tied to an earlier edition of your text that I used in a prior year--mea culpa!. This unfortunately was an error in the test bank for the 12th edition and it has been reported to the publisher. Therefore, the question is thrown out and all students will receive credit for this question. If there are any issues regarding any other question on this quiz please let me know.

Given the "discovery" in class today regarding this Quiz---a check was made to find that the individual quiz question under discussion (regarding Poland) was in error, i.e. it was based upon a prior/previous edition of your text. Thus, this question will be thrown out and all students will receive credit for that question! Additionally, a review of the entire quiz will be made to make sure that there are no other "test bank" errors! Please let me know any questions or comments.
